You must first register your product and activate your one year warranty. This can be done above under the SUPPORT tab, then WARRANTY REGISTRATION. If you've already registered your product please proceed to STEP 2

Please Use the Contact Us form below to request a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. A RMA # with full instructions will be emailed to you. We answer all customer support requests within 24 hours of submission, excluding weekends and holidays.

Red Fox Wireless wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. If you have a question regarding a product warranty claim, we're here to help.


Red Fox Wireless warrants, for one year, that Red Fox branded products shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship. Red Fox Wireless will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge (except for shipping charges for the product). BY USING YOUR RED FOX PRODUCT OR ACCESSORY, YOU AGREE TO THIS WARRANTY.




ACTIVATE YOUR LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY:

Please keep your original receipt or proof of purchase. It will be required for all warranty claims. In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST register your Red Fox product within 30 days of purchase. Click here to register your product. This warranty only applies to Red Fox products purchased directly from Red Fox Wireless Inc or from an Authorized dealer. "Authorized Dealer" means any distributor, reseller or retailer that was duly authorized by Red Fox Wireless Inc at the time of the sale to sell authentic Red Fox Wireless Inc products in the jurisdiction where it sold the Product, and that sold the Product in new, unused condition in its original packaging.






RED FOX LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY:


This Limited Warranty extends only to the original end-user purchaser of the product and is not assignable or transferable to any other person. The warranty is not extended by the replacement of a defective product. This Limited Warranty does not cover (1) any damage or loss that occurs after we place the product with the carrier for shipment, (2) any damage caused by normal wear and tear, abnormal use or conditions, neglect, abuse, misuse, accident, improper storage or handling, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper use of any electrical source, undue physical or electrical stress, user error, or failure to follow product instructions(including the lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance), (3) any damage from external causes such as storm, flood, fire, dirt, sand, earthquakes, Acts of God, exposure to sunlight, weather, heat, or corrosive environments, electrical surges, or third-party products, (4) deterioration of component parts, the nature of which is to become worn or depleted with use, such as batteries, headphone ear buds, and headphone ear piece dust covers. or (5) product fit or appearance other than failure to provide a product that is materially equivalent to the product description on this site.


WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR BE ERROR FREE OR THAT ALL PRODUCT ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED. OUR ONLY LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, WILL BE, AT OUR OPTION, TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCTS OR REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID FOR PRODUCTS RETURNED TO US, LESS A PRORATED AMOUNT FOR ANY PERIOD OF PROBLEM-FREE USE. THE PRORATED AMOUNT WILL BE BASED ON THE EXPECTED LIFE OF THE PRODUCT. Replacement products may include refurbished Red Fox Wireless products that have been certified to conform to the original product descriptions. If we elect to repair any defective product and are unable to do so after a reasonable number of attempts, we will provide you a replacement product or will refund your purchase price less a prorated amount for any period of problem-free use. IN NO EVENT WILL RED FOX WIRELESS LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT, LESS A PRORATED AMOUNT FOR ANY PERIOD OF PROBLEM-FREE USE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.


We have no liability to pay for any repairs performed by anyone other than us, unless in each instance we have given written approval for such repairs. Any unauthorized attempt to repair products will void our warranty on the product(s). For any product(s) you purchase from us that are covered by another manufacturer's warranty, your warranty is limited to that warranty. In such event, we will reasonably assist you, upon written request, to place a warranty claim with the manufacturer.


THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY, AND RED FOX WIRELESS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE USE OF ANY PRODUCTS THAT YOU PURCHASE FROM US, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF WE ARE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE LIMITATIONS CONTAINED IN THIS "LIMITED WARRANTY" SECTION SHALL APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.


For warranty service contact Red Fox Wireless at support@RedFoxWireless.com within 15 days of the occurrence. You may also call customer service at 800-918-4660. Be prepared to provide the product name, where you purchased the product, when you purchased the product and a copy of original receipt. PLEASE REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT AT PURCHASE – THIS WILL HELP EXPEDITE THE RETURN PROCESS. Failure to do so within 30 days of purchase voids your warranty. All returns must include an RMA number and be sent to Red Fox Wireless – Returns, 227 E Downing, Ste5, Nixa, MO 65714.


Red Fox Wireless reserves the right to review the damaged Red Fox Wireless product. All costs of shipping the product to Red Fox Wireless for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser.


IN NO EVENT SHALL RED FOX WIRELESS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST BUSINESS OR PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OR USE OF ANY RED FOX WIRELESS PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


This is the only warranty Red Fox gives for your Red Fox product or Accessory and Red Fox gives no other guarantee, warranty, or condition, express, statutory, implied or collateral. No one else may give any guarantee, warranty, or condition on Red Fox’s behalf. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of your one year limited warranty.

The benefits provided to the consumer by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to the consumer under applicable laws, which may vary by state and country.
